I'd love to know Anna! I've watched Harvey graze with his mane loose and he always ends up standing on it.
We use Tornado fencing too and re very pleased with it. We are gradually replacing all the perimeter fencing with it. It is not cheap but is easy to errect, is horse safe and lasts well.

hehe,.I've.just.been.to.investigate..It.doesn't.help.its.windy.here.but.the.mane.falls.too.far.forward.for.him.to.stand.on. Mum.says.its.because.Magic.knows.its.more.than.his.lifes.worth.to.stand.on.his.mane.hehe Proof!! and.then.he.saw.the.camera.so.came.to.pose.some.more.

LOL But what happens when he grazes on a slope with his head facing uphill? It is this situation when Harvey stands on his mane.

LOL.I.have.to.go.to.work.now.so.can't.investigate.that.for.now.but.he's.never.had.a.hilly.field.before.so.we.may.find.that.mane.gets.endangered.this.summer!

Fabulous photos Anna. Joe doesn't often insist on looking at DF but Magic is one of his favourites..............he likes the photos too!
I'm really interested in that fencing. I'll have a closer look when we come up.
