Wow! Fresh grass and no farting baby!Is it safe out there, Mummy? Wot?oooh! So much to see, so much to do! Mummy why are you having a bad hair day?? Come on Lucy, we need to explore! Can we go and see the big highland pony, he's awesome? He wants us to do what?? Tea break! Snap! One moment of goodness! This is sooo exciting! Can we go and see Sky pleeease?? This conveniently misses me dry skiing round the area, someone being a kn*b and ending up on his bum as he lost his back legs, the frog impressions as both front feet came off the floor at the same time to try and wipe his halter off and general plant then charge routines!! He was rather taxing, but at only 9 weeks old coped amazingly well and travelled the 5 miles each way brilliantly! Amy was a star. She was well behaved and completely ignored her first born being a complete div! "Thank god you have him, he's not with me!" She and Sue were great together! It is the first 2nd we've ever won with her and I'm so thrilled! Sky looked amazing! I cannot believe how much she has matured since Bakewell (and she looked fab then too!) She was most deserving of her winnings. She and Grace both excelled themselves! (She won the 2/3 yo class, the native in hand championship and the Supreme in hand championship!!!!) It was great seeing everyone and so many Dales doing well! Linda and Flint came second in the boys class. Clair and Ariel(?) won the yearling class. Adam and Bess (?) came 3rd in the 2/3 yo which Sky won. Not sure how Linda did in the ridden?

What a bouncy boy! Very well done to you Lucy for handling all that. Congratulations on your placing - very well deserved by the look of it. What a fab little boy for travelling so well. Amy really is a star to be so unruffled and they both look wonderful in their matching ribbons. Wish I had been there - it looks very entertaining!
