Mummy, they are elephants! Who told you that, dear?Uncle Isaac! Best not believe everything he tells you! That reminds me of the things my OH tells his nieces and nephews Do Pants and Issac take exception to Tim or is it Mum charging in and setting about everyone? You take such brilliant action shots - mine always end up miniscule or with half the subject having exited the frame

Brilliant, I didn't realise you had them all together. I wouldn't dare put any others with one of my mares and her foal. Only because she would try and kill them!! Mare that is not foal!

No one seems to mind Tim, it's just Amy who minds anyone else minding her baby!! Silly girl! If she's rude to Isaac he's not very tolerant, where as Pants puts up with more. Vanty has been living with Amy and Tim for the last three weeks (much to Choc's sadness!) and as she's come into season this week Amyis being much more tolerant of him. He and Tim were actually mutual grooming when I was with them this evening, which was rather scary for me as Vanty isn't over gentle! Tim didn't seem to mind though, he was chewing Vany's shoulder in return for all he was worth! It has made my night! Amy was busy grazing as no one was catering for her needs and she'd gone off in a strop! Poor love! I put them all in with Isaac and Choc last night, hence the photos (and the head collars on and off for those of you who do continuity!!) and it all went well, except Amy trying to keep everyone from her baby! She got tired in the end! I can't put them all together yet cos there's still too much grass for Isaac. Once the autum flush has gone I'll try them all together. So in the mean time I'm giving them monitored play time! Sorry the pics are a bit grainy, but I used sports mode to try and get some action shots as the little man was hooning! I also have lots of half baby pics!

Oh Lucy, these pics are brilliant and the captions too! I can't stop smiling - what a great start to the day you've given me! Fascinating to watch them all interact in the group and how they react with a new youngster. How on earth do you manage to tear yourself away and get anything else done? ;D
