Thanks for this Anna. I have found it really interesting. I didn't realise how little room there was in the foot. Somehow diagrams don't look the same as the real thing. My foot trimmer keeps offering to do a workshop with some dead feet - I really must get it arranged as I'm sure it would be informative and interesting.

They are extremely interesting pics Anna - I didn't realise that the pedal bone is already at such an angle and so close to the sole.
