I am absolutely gutted! We've done road signs, barriers, huge holes, generators, traffic lights (and traffic), poly pipes, you name it, tons of things we never get to see here! Amy, Pants (yes Pants!!) and Celtie went out first, then Isaac and wee-kn*b-head second, and I had a spare person who took absolutely TONS of interesting pictures of them all checking out and learning about new things, but....... I didn't explain the camera properly and consequently we found that I actually had NO pics!! At last something new and interesting to show you and because I am a pratt I can't SHOW you!!! Ponies were all brill, well apart form Tim who did really well until he got bored (well, you've seen one set of road works, you've seen them all!!) and then got grumpy as we wouldn't let him strop!!

Lol - well at least you're all home in one piece and haven't been encased in concrete under a bridge or something Who is the guilty party? If it's one of the Oestrogen-Club, they should suffer a months ban as pennance

Actually "press the big silver button to take pic, not the little black 'off' button" would have been a better instruction!

I "took" some wonderful pics of Pam and Harvey at Tanya's clinic last year. The only thing that appeared in the camera's memory was a solitary pic of the school's wooden rail. Technology is wonderful! Can't you borrow a 14yo boy they seem to know it all? I've finally got broadband at home so I should be able to keep up with Tim's exploits

Lucy - no more excuses Get the kango-hammer out. Re-dig the holes. Borrow some temporary traffic lights. Give Steve a yellow jacket and a cup of tea, then pose Stunt-Foal in front of the whole lot and take the photos yourself! We need our Tim fix

Poor little man's got poorly boys bits at the moment. Pants had the same last week (hot and swollen sheath) which the vet gave me some abs for (said it was an infection) so seems odd that Tim has now got it.
They are both getting aloe-vera gel with peppermint (cooling) yarrow (anaelgesic/anti-inflammatory) and tea tree (anti bacterial) oils in applied night and morning. Celt has taken to chasing me round the yard to lick my fingers!! Everyone smells minty! LOL!

Oh no. Poor Tim and Vanty Does sound odd that they both have it - the mind boggles as to where Tim has been putting his bits! Could they have eaten/drunk something they shouldn't? Have you told the vet that Tim now has it, as it might make him/her re-think the diagnosis? I would start a new thread in Veterinary and see if anyone else can throw any light on it. Hugs to Tim and Vanty - get well soon boys Lol at Celt - typical opportunistic piggy dales

I think it probably is fly bites as the nasty blood sucking little ones have just appeared that do ears and "bits"! I have only started using aloe once the swelling/heat became apparent so don't think it'll be that Julie, but thanks. I phoned the vets tonight but the one that came out on Thurs has gone on holiday for two weeks (typical) and the vet I talked to didn't want to give me some abs for Tim unless she'd seen him. They thought it was odd he'd got it to and agreed it was probably due to the fly bites. I will try my potion until tomorrow and get them out on thurs if no better. It still hasn't stopped him waving it about and tapping his tummy! And it is now flaring!! Fencing man is coming on Sun and I'm off next week so I'll be weaning then. He is also biting eneryones bums! Tinker but is being good(ish) with me! Bless him!
