No idea what happened to the pics, but I've reloaded them all, so tell me if you can see them now. Both are still doing well, Katie is such a wonderful Mum and has gone into milk production that would put a Holstein to shame! No wonder little one isn't so little No name yet, haven't had time to think.

This baby is fast turning into a big, bouncy girl. She's 4 weeks old now, so I've got a name for her. This was a real tricky one, she was born when my Mum was in hospital, so I took her a photo, just to give us something to talk about. My grandfather was horsey, but Mum never had an interest and tried to discourage me throughout my childhood. She said riding gave you a big bottom and that 'eau de chevaux' was far from ladylike. Well, she wasn't wrong there, but it didn't make any difference! ;D. Here I am all those years later, big bottomed and smelly with it It came as such a suprise when Mum took a real interest in the foal and insisted that she had to be called a name that began with her dam's initial as that was how Grandpa (her father) had named his foals. That made it have to begin with K and - as she's a filly - have a musical theme, in accordance with our naming conventions. I also wanted to remember her sire, Bill, who will not be having any more foals. Anyway, I stretched a point and made her name begin with C, but think I've got the rest Maidendale CadenzaHere's a definition: A cadenza, based often on an extended and embellished final cadence, at least in classical concertos, is a passage originally improvised by a performer in which virtuoso ability might be shown. In classical concertos the cadenza often leads to the last section of a movement.Hope you like it
