Please can participants and spectators post the answers to the following questions on this thread. I will modify and update as the answers come in so we have a comprehensive record.

Please can spectators let us know when they are coming too as lunches need organising. A reminder that spectators will be charged £5 a head for food and hot drinks.

Please bring your own alcohol if you wish to indulge!

The BBQ will be on Saturday night.

Can I just add that the £5 covers lunch and drinks (will be a buffet-type affair), the evening BBQ is extra (not sure how much yet but shouldn't be a huge amount).
