I got some good news today . . . this trailer was found (undamaged) by police in County Wexford, Southern Ireland after a local villager gave them a tip off. Seven trailers of various types (sheep etc.) were recovered. Great news for the owner but she will probably have to repatriate it herself! I received this notification via Cumbria Group of Endurance GB on behalf of the trailer's owner. Her message was: "hi, as you may know there has been a large crime wave near penrith. i sold my huge wagon and ordered a trailer to which i've waited 3 1/2 months for this to be stolen from me at 4 days old. please see the picture attached and if you see it or anything similar please inform me. there are only 8 black 610's in the country only two trailers made this year, one is mine the other in devon. has a white top, with lockable storage in the wind breaker." As Dalesfans members are countrywide and take part in the whole range of disciplines I thought it might be worth adding this to the forum in the hope that this very distinctive trailer may be spottted somewhere. I have advised the owner to put the details on the national database (TER - the equipment register) as all Ivors are datatagged. I have an email address for the owner but don't know if it is correct protocol to add it here and I don't have enough posts to be PM'd yet so I will keep checking for any replies to this post.

She must be gutted! Will keep a lookout, of course. It's so distinctive.
