I like everything I've heard and read about these saddles but never seen one in the flesh. I was looking at them before I got my current dressage saddle off ebay. The rep was going to come out to let me try a few on Harvey - we had quite a bit of correspondence and she was very helpful. They are expensive though so I was keeping my eye on ebay.

I think Helen (whispersmum) on EE has one for her Lusitano. I rode in it and it seemed comfortable, drop her a line on EE and I'm sure she'll update you!

Good God no Sue! I will keep on with the Smartpanel for a jolly lot longer. Just looking and keeping my eye on ebay. Doing some research so I know what to look for if the Smartpanel doesn't work. I'd never heard of them but they sound really good. Will PM Helen Gill.
I did try Pam's semiflex which fitted Sat and me lovely but Pam is being a spoil sport and won't give it to me! LOL!

The semi flex I have was actually Saturn's but sadly it fits Dancer and I am using it for him  ;D Hope you get some success with the smart panel - keep me posted on that as I would be interested due to Dancer's problems  |

LOL - just browsing the F&E site with my morning coffee and I found a pic of Cousin Tim of Cumbrian Heavy Horses. They use F&E saddle there. Flippin' 'eck he gets everywhere! LOL

Hi again Linda, just noticed you have the link to the EU Strada site, there is a UK one too, have you found it? www.stradasaddles.co.uk/ Ilga is VERY helpful and will hopefully sort you out. Once you know what fit you need, you can look for a second hand one. |

If I decide to have something other than my Fhoenix with the Smart panel then it will DEFINITELY be a second hand one! Well Gill, if it was actually bought for Saturn don't you think his tack should have come with him?  (Ducks for cover!) |
