   Finally worked out how to add photos..... Goodbye buddy. For Marlon My muse, my mentor, my very best mate. You changed my life. R.i.P. When you were short-tempered, I taught you to be patient. When you were self-absorbed, I taught you to think of greater things. When you were arrogant, I taught you humility. When you were lonely, I was your companion. When you were tired, I carried the load. When you needed to learn, I taught you. After all, I was your horse. I was Marlon. |

Thanks everyone.....most people that know me wouldn't have thought I could be so sentimental! That's why these forums are great for anonymity!!! I found the poem and just added a little bit at the end, it describes the qualities he brought to my life perfectly. Three years ago I was an unhappy PR person commuting into London every day....now I'm a working student at a horse rehab/training centre and off to uni to study equine / canine physio - he really did change my life for the better and I've never been happier so I owe a lot to him.

Sorry for your loss, he looks a lovely boy, they have a way of working themselves right into your heart don't they, just writing things down on here seems to help though as does the support from others. Thinking of you.
