Heather--It does sound as though you have been having some good serendipity for Tola, but I wonder if it might be worth contacting one of the advisors at Silver Lining Herbs (http://www.silverliningherbs.com/for-horses-- that's the US , the UK is http://www.silverliningherbs.co.uk) . I know we are always looking for a cure/any cure but I contacted the "cowboy" at SL last year on my vet's advice, when my pony had sarcoids and Lyme and was feeling poorly and, while there is no way to scientifically know--he has done very well (extremely well!) on their herbal supplement. My fellow is now on Maintenance but I will likely put him back on Immune for the fly (sarcoid risk) season. They advise which compounds might be beneficial but most are just for 30-60 days, while some are just two weeks.
