www.animalgenetics.com/Equine/Genetic_Disease/PSSM.aspI hope that link works. I've used this company before when getting colour tests done for Blossom. They've researched and come up with a DNA test for PSSM1. They are still researching for PSSM2, but at least this test is now available. The company is in the US, but I'm sure since it's hair samples that the testing would be financially feasible for people in the UK too.

I've heard of people sending hair to the US for testing, its not available in the UK yet as far as I'm aware - I'm pretty sure I asked about it and there were some issues with sending 'tissue' to the USA and i would have had to pay some sort of tax on it!

I know this is a very old thread but we've just used equiseq for the pssm 2 tests. Think we got the results within a week if them receiving the hair sample
