Dales gelding for loan (Pingate Rooney)
Black 14.3hh Dales gelding, 9 y.o.
Dam: Castlehill Polly
Sire: Dartdale Peterboy
Rupert has done all Pony Club activities with the children & endurance/hunting with me. He also loves his hacking & is excellent in traffic. He lives in or out, is easy to handle, good with the vet/farrier etc. & loads himself.
As you can tell, Rupert is a fantastic pony & a top bloke. However, he prefers his hunting & hacking, while my daughter now wants to spend more time showjumping. So we think it makes sense to put him out on loan & get her something a bit more whizzy for a few years. We would ideally like to find a home within an hour or so of Manchester so we can keep in touch with him in his new home (but we promise not to make a nuisance of ourselves!)
