Mr. Callisto; typical pony with his appetite! He really makes me laugh with his greediness. After owning an ex racehorse, having a lovely chunky pony who lives off fresh air and grows his own rugs feels like a godsend and he gets more than enough feed and hay judging by his belly but still acts like he's being starved! Although he needs hay all the time as he wind sucks and 'box walks' the edge field when he finishes it...so he does have his issues but still. Here are some photos of his greediness! Attachments:

The first photo is him looking all mardy with his ears back chasing James, like he always is when he sees you have food! And the 2nd one really makes me laugh; him sneaking his mouth into Cubas bowl to steal some of his oily alfa a and sugar beet!! And Cuba just lets him!

I always call him our unicorn I think Cuba is more afraid of being bullied! He gets his own back when we hack out though; he always tries to bite Cal on the bum if Cal is in front!

lol I make Trev stand quietly and then take a step back before he gets his feed as he get so desparate for it, the other are all fairly good about feeds, then of course we have to stand guard to stop Trev going for everyone elses feeds as he just hovers his up and I don't want him getting into the habit of stealing the others brekkie

But like you we had to stay and watch them both eat to be sure Cuba ate his and Cal didn't steal Cuba's food!

Nice pony! Thanks for sharing the pics! I too have the same problem with my chubby Dales, who always seem to need hay because they are apparently starving! Poor ponies...lol
