Now on the countdown to Evie foaling. Moved her to the yard field and today got the foal cam set up so I can check her on my phone. She's either going to foal very soon as I'm working extra this week or drag this on for weeks 😂

Yes both bay. I don't know what Evie's genetics are, good chance of a bay though a black may be possible

Just looked maverick has a black and a bay parent, Evie grey and a bay. Both Evie and maverick are bay. Mav must have a bay and a black gene. Evie must have 1 bay gene but I don't know what her other gene is whether it's another bay or if she's got a black

🤣 she's just had me put diesel in the car and go check her! She was looking pretty restless (I have remote CCTV) but when I left at 5 she wasn't bagged or waxed. I think it was actually a storm that had her unsettled.

You'd think so but no.... I've a day off tomorrow. Bets are on a Wednesday night as I do wed Thurs in Scunthorpe each week which is an hour commute each way for me
