Just wanted to say thankyou very much to everyone who came tonight. We had around 25 people there in total and we really enjoyed the evening. Clive and Angela gave a very informative talk and those who wanted too got the chance to drive a v.well schooled pony (Louie). Everyone watching the tacking up... Harnessing up Jenny having a go... Thanks again to everyone, the turnout was just fantastic and we are already looking forward to the August social. Julie, Anna and Laura.

We all had a lovely evening - thank you very much for your hospitality. It was great to meet up with everyone again, a smashing evening.
The driving demo was vey informative and what a wonderfully well behaved pony! Poor Ali was desperate to have a ride on the carriage but was too shy despite all our egging her on....another time, Ali - maybe we should get Harvs driving!
Anyway, we all had a lovely time and the girls were delighted to see the foals again. My how they've grown in the last month but as cute as ever. Nikki was thrilled to see Casper again ofcourse and even Andy enjoyed seeing all the ponies. Not looked at our pics yet but will put some on here if they are any good.
Fingers crossed you hear about your new baby today, Anna! Have you any pics of her yet? Can't wait to see!

Yes, lots of fingers crossed I hear today I've got pics but I'm waiting until i've spoken to the lady incase I completely and utterly jinx it.

Pah! I wish, its not to be unfortunatly. You'd think by offering asking price they would be happy but no they want more than thair asking price so they can go fish, stupid woman. Never mind, onwards and upwards.

It was a little welsh cob filly foal, she was absolutly stunning. Chestnut, 4 whites and a thin blaze to make a perfect ride/drive when she was older. Never mind, i've learnt more about welsh cobs than anything in the last few days visitng various studs and meeting some lovely people so I'll keep on looking, it is a shame as she is so nice but I can't be doing with silly people that mess me around like that.

Sorry you didn't get your cob Anna. If you are interested I can give you the number of the stud where we got our cob or arrange to take you there. They are lovely people to deal with and have around 60 c& d foals to choose from (after they have selected theirs that is) each year.
