Well, took William to Thirlestane castle today to do his first private driving class. We were entered in the novice class. He went really well, he has not been in a ring with other turnouts or even been in this vehicle but he did great 
. We got 5th out of 7 in the class but he stood in the line up fine, was well behaved in the go round and did a fine rein back, could have been a little more forward and was poking his nose a bit, but we are working on that. Here are a couple of photos and a short clip of us, they are not very great as the friend that was taking them is not very used to doing it and out of 65 photos these are the only ones that are any good

You both look the biz, and certainly professional. William's novice afterall, so I'm sure the nose poking out will fix itself in time. I love how he's getting under himself to work, though.... really coming from behind.
