Look at him!!! He's all grown up!!! Honestly don't know where this time is flying to....as I'm still remembering his adorable foalie pics.... You must be so pleased with the lad, Gina. Just look at how calmly he accepts it all. Yes, a lot of it is handling, but a fair amount of it is also good breeding! Something you should be very proud of indeed.

WOW Indeed! He looks absolutely fantastic! He really suits the harness as well! And look at the flowing mane - not a bit of a knot, mud or twig in sight!

Laura, he is rising three years. Bev, Maverick is just standing at 12.3hh and is now fully licensed. Possibly next year he will see a girl or two although it depends on what shows he gets booked up for. The harness is a temporary borrow, the lady who owns it also makes it and I've just recently purchased some gorgeous long reins from her, they were really cheap too £18 with light rubber grips, beautifully made. I think Liz will be getting a harness made for Maverick next year, I too think the brown looks good on him, it really stands out. It's really funny, Maverick only gets worked maybe twice a week and he is just like a sponge, never forgets anything he's been taught. Loves to be messed and fiddled with...LOL....MEN

As with all your stock Gina, he is looking fabulous! What a man! He is so mature loooking, I too can remember so well tthe trauma of his early days, its funny seeing him all adult like.. As usual all down to your careful loving hands Gina.
Mac is being started off in May 07. Seems eons away since we was born as well....
Loved your pictures as usual.

Thanks Mary, but the credit goes to Liz, she's put so much time into him. I just get the pleasure of tinking around now and again....LOL.
May will come up and bite you in the bum Mary...ROFL, it always does, one days its eons away, the next it's been and gone....!!
Would love to see some pics of Mac, I've seen him for ages? Are you starting him yourself or sending him away?
