So good to hear from you Alison. Definitely congratulations are in order for dealing with such a difficult year and coming through with such a positive outlook. Merlin's new yard, great hacking and friends to ride with sounds really fabulous. Well done for getting fit and losing weight, running with a bunch of fit men does sound like quite a bit of incentive. It's just wonderful to hear from you , so keep letting us know how things are going for you. And I always love to hear about Merlin, handsome as ever no doubt.

Yes Lucy you can, provided they are okay with trying to run! Just make sure you tell the instructor. Both of mine are dodgy, although they are much much stronger as a result of this, and I just avoid the taking a dog for a walk exercise (hopping around on one leg while your partner holds your other leg at the ankle and runs away....). Doesn't mean I get out of it altogether - they find other things for me to do instead
