Just to let everyone know that Penny has foaled tonight (7th Feb) at 1am! Foalie is only 5 days early instead of the usual 3 weeks! We "think" she is a whole black filly (will be able to check in the morning). We are just waiting for babe to definatly take her first trip to the milk bar and mum to cleanse but both are not far off. This is the 4th filly (if it is!) out of 4 foals out of Penny, all by Big Magic  He's busy sleeping right now but I'll let him know the consequence of his actions  in the morning. |

Brilliant news. Congratulations to Penny and Magic and everyone at Nipna. You must be thrilled  Good luck with the rest of your girls and photos of the new baby when you've had some sleep, please :  I love hearing about the first foaling - lets you know Spring is on it's way and the flood of babies is coming. I'm going to go out now and squeeze my two who are pregnant, to help them on their way  |
