As some of us are having a few troubles with computers just now, I just wanted to point out that our pms DO have a feature for backup files. I think its so you can transfer your pms to a more permanent cd. It might be helpful to occasionally do this if you're worried about losing info  |

I didn't know that. That's a good facility especially as we often swop e mails and tel numbers in our PMs
Is the facility on the PM page, Debbie?

Yes - when you view your message inbox the back up facility is there - it's next to the "new message" button.
