Ahhh well thats supposedly meant to be Magic's last show of the season, he's worked hard, we've worked hard and he's achieved far more than we could ever ask of him so we decided to take him down to Milton Keynes for his last show and have some FUN!!
Its a no pressure affair mainly full of welsh classes and an unaffiliated side and I've been wanting to have a play with magic in some non-serious classes (aka where I can't muck it up!!) so he started the day with 'Best Condition' which he duely went and won! I was really pleased with it actually as sometimes in these fun classes you never know what you are going to get. He got a lovely gold medal too!!!
I then passed the reins over to Scott for the 'serious' classes and he went beautifully today. He won his inhand class and then took Inhand M&M Champ (non welsh!). So muchas waiting around he went into the Champ M&M where there were three welsh judges vs the non-welsh judge!! They had a discussion over Magic (well we think, there was plenty of pointing and chating beside him) but champ went to a fantastic welsh A and reserve to a B.
Scott unfortunatly had to dash off then so I took Magic into my other fun class of the day 'Best Mane and Tail' ;D ;D ;D He won. ;D ;D ;D
Finally Magic had to go back into the main ring for the supreme of the show, it was a different judge to previous so we thought we'd try our luck. The wind was horrendous and I spent most of the trot round with one hand on the rein and the other on my hat LOL!! Anyway he only went and took Reserve Supreme Inhand of the Show behind the Sec.A that won the M&M champ earlier....he got another sash!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D
Dad's got a super dooper new camera so I'll post some excellant pics in a moment.
I'll let Laura tell you her show report!!
