We got rained on!!!! Bucketed it down in the morning - to the stage where we were running back in the trailer with the ponies! And then, the afternoon was mid 20's, hot and sweaty! Anyway, it was a good day all in all - and definately better that last weekend - not a jump in sight! LOL We got a 3rd in the M&M Inhand, a 2nd in M&M ridden and a 6th In Ridden Hunter/ Cob, which may not sound fab - but out of a strong class of 14 I was more than happy with that! ;D Dancer was a little star all day - even when he was bored and had had enough of waiting - the only spaz out we had was when a low flying ambulance helicopter zoomed over - not a happy chappie! Throwing himself about and not one person offered some extra anchorage - I was pinging about all over on the end of the rope LOL But he missed my feet when he decided to come back to earth! Thank goodness! Only a pixely pic and a video of the inhand at the moment. I am hoping the proff photographer there got a couple of nice ones www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGWF2-VKuqo

Yes, well done Jo! Brilliant results. We did our last summer season show today. Aster has now been turned away for a few weeks to give her time to be just a pony for a little while.

Forgot to mension - I'm sure you will find this more amusing that I did: Left D in the trailer whilst Lea went to do her show as it was still drizzling - I was sat in the 4x, keeping an eye on him using the cctv (fantastic invention by the way - if you are debating getting it - do it! I dont know how we did without it!) Anyway, Dancer starts kicking off and been a general monkey jim - I thought he was having a DTT - Dancer Temper Tantrum - at been left by himself, so bawled at him to knock it off or i would be billing him for damages caused. All goes quiet, then.............................. As seen on the CCTV - he proceeds to PEE - yes PEE in the trailer!!! Had to laugh - even though it had splashed up him nice feathers and all over the sides of the box. So, unloaded, unhitched, cranked up the jockey wheel and teemed water down the trailer to 'swill out'. Luckily all of us were chuckling about it! Loaded up later in the afternoon to go home, dropped Lea off 1st, shut D back in and he starts DTT'ing again - so gets another telling off and what do we here - the sound of running water AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, he travelled home paddling! With a pee trail following us down the road!!! ;D I hope it isnt becoming a habit! The trailer will stink! It had to have a full hosepipe and scrub out when we got home! He has splashed back on his travel boots as well! Scruffy s*d!!!! I tell you - BOYS!!!!!!!
