Well, this one belongs to Rosie not my mum!
Crush a load of digestive biccies... about half a normal sized packet with half a normal sized packet of ginger biccies.
Add 1oz of melted butter to this, and make a biscuit base. Mix the butter into the biccies, press mixture down into a loose bottomed cake tin.
Then take a tin of condensed milk, add 4 oz caster sugar to this, and put on ya hob. Bring slowly to the boil. Then boil for no longer than 5 minutes.
Take a banana. Chop it up and arrange on teh biscuit base.
Pour over the hot/warm condensed milk with sugar. Allow to cool before putting into the fridge.
Whip up some double cream and apply to the top once the pie is cool.
Grate on some chocolate or dust with cocoa.
Keep refridgerated to hid it from everyone until you serve it up....
Watch them drool as you slice it!
