LOL @ Olivers rug! Bobs has done similar damage but not as bad on the barbed wire fencing. Folly looks lovely, how old is she now?

ROFL @ Oliver's rug! At least it's still on him - I found Saturn's in a heap in the middle of the field and gave up with it. Luckily his coat's grown back quite a bit. I'd put the rug on new at the start of the winter and by last month it was torn to shreds - mainly where all the fastenings are The odd thing is that earlier in the winter Minstrel who lives in the field at the back of my home had been wearing Connies Chaskit rug as his other one had got very wet.... these rugs have a "spider leg strap fastening" which is supposed to self right the rug should it become twisted at all. One morning the rug complete with all the fastenings closed was lying in the field how on earth he had managed to wriggle out of it I have no idea!

Folly will be two at the start of May, Bev.
Leann, I often wonder how rugs manage to come off horses still fully fastened up - how on earth do they do it!!

Oh oliver- just look at that rug- Nancy used to destroy hers but luckily she grew out of it eventually- she can still take her stable rugs off if she gets too hot. She takes her under rug off. you find it in a heap- top rug still in place and under rug with fastenings atill fastened on the floor- we have checked and no-one is taking it off for her of putting her top rug back on. most strange. I'd love to see how she's doing this!! Clever pony. LOL.... pass the duct tape for Oliver's rug I wonder if these boys would be more keen to wear their rugs if they were 'camo'? You know, like a 'Rambo!' type look ;D Muy macho..
