Fun weekend!

I had a lovely horsey day yesterday, went for a 45 min ridde with Spirit who despite being full of it was great fun, had a lady come over to look at my stable as I maybe getting a ferrel cat to keep the mice away.
Then went down to my old paddock and gave my little 6 year old a lesson, then got asked to ride a little 12.2hh pony out as the owner was too scared as he bucks, spins and shies all the over the place, lol was great fun, he got out the gate, literally took 10 steps, stopped dead, asked him to move on and he bucked, again and he bucked, until eventually a slap on the shoulder and off we went, me and him did this about 5 times along the road, then got him going and he was 100mph everywhere but going down the road nicely!
He is only 12.2 but what a little character, I imagine I look very silly on him, as although I am petite I am quite leggy and I must looked huge lol, , I love ponies, so cheeky!
I wanna ride him again, and the owners are very happy as he needs to get past this sillyness, ahhh i wish I could ride cheeky ponies full time!

Well done Nic, i saw him playing up the other day for the owner, the little devil, but sounds just up your street with his naughtiness . Probably just needs to be doing a lot more work, etc. Did you take him out for a hack??

Hehe I took him round the triangle, they thought I was just taking him to the farm and back or something, and the owner was in total disbelief when I said I'd taken him round the main road haha, he is soooooooooooooooooooo cute!!! But have u seen how small he is?! I musta looked funny lol
Thats ok, off swanning around on a fun ride I read, huh i dunno, some people just have a good life Hope he behaved, sounds like he did! Yeah dinner sounds good!

LOL Not sure I would have found a bucking pony such good fun! He sounds a real character though!

Good for you! Sounds like he has met his match! As for looking funny on him, we will obviously have to see photographic evidence to comment on that!!!
