Well done - sounds like you had a wonderful ride! I'm so glad Sparky has given you back your confidence - what a star he is!

That's brilliant!!! Gosh, you've now had Sparky for 12 months? This year's really flown past me.... How is your ankle holding up to being back in the saddle?

I just love that boy, he is a little star, but can be a little devil at times, LOL.
I know Debbie, 12 months seem to have flown passed. I think it is about the 20th April ish he arrive, which funny enough we have another fun ride to celebrate a year together, LOL.
Ankle is doing brill, but have to admit Sunday night and last night it did twinge a little, but i have been doing so much more walking and running about on it, than i have been up till now. Might think about getting the bike out now the clocks have changed and that should hopefully help strength it more.

The bike will certainly help, and at this stage if you want you can move to heat to help with the healing. Just be sure to ice it again if it swells at all.
