Driving pics from today

After our hectic morning showing, we went to our driving clubs cones. Lovely weather, and Alisondaily and Louis had brought the barbie, so sausages as well .....!!

I took some pics of Alison driving Penny their Dales x, so you can all see her supersonic horse. Its hard to take pics of Penny at the speed she goes, but got a couple.

Alison and Penny whizzed one way - going so fast Alison dropped her mobile phone!!



They had some speed on coming back - they have a track record for mowing judges down in driving classes, so I risked my neck for this pic LOL!!

Tysons first time in harness since the dog episode, and he was absolutely brilliant. I lost count how many times he whizzed round the cones, and then we all got windswept on a fast drive round the village, and Tyson kept up with the big boys!!

Lovely action shots of Penny! It's great to see some photos of driving stuff. It looks a lot of fun. So pleased that Rick and Tyson are back in action. Bless Tysons little cotton socks for keeping up!

We really enjoy these meet ups - usually have cone driving, and a le trec type course, and then a drive out. We were all in a driving club together, and the people supposedly running it, actually did a runner with our subs, and our driving cones!!!

So, the rest of us, rallied round, and now have our own little club. We are fortunate that we are affiliated to a local bridleways group, and come under their insurance for our events, so thats good!
