Can anyone tell me which manufacturers make rear-facing, two-horse trailers?
I know about the Richardson Supreme Excel. Are there anymore?
Thanks, Helen

Thanks Zelda - just googled them. Exactly what I would like but they're very expensive. Will go and dig-out a ski-mask for tonight's bank raid now

Helen, I thought Fautras did one also, but maybe that is a herringbone design.
I saw an new Equitreck a few weeks ago. I must admit to being a bit disappointed with the finish on the tack locker and a couple of other bits. It looked a bit tacky, especially for the price.

Ummm - I have the Equitrek brochure and it makes them look really fabulous, so it's good to hear comments from the "real-world". Thanks heathera.
I have a standard front-facing Fautras here in France and I wouldn't have another. No major complaints but it just doesn't feel rugged enough (then again I do squeeze an 18hh percheron into it - very short journeys only!) Jacqui - you are right. The other Fautras' are herringbone.
I think when I'm next in the UK I'll go and look at the Richardson and the Equitreks in the flesh.

Helen,
I don't know if the Titan trailers would be an option for you. They are very solid. Horses travel herringbone facing towards the rear. Pretty heavy towing wise but better made than equitrek

I know when I was looking for a new trailer two years ago, I looked into the Equitrek and was,nt at all impressed like Jacqui with the finish, I thought it was very poor, and recently I looked at the equitrek show trailer and again for the price I just was,nt impressed and ended up buying a lorry instead and it was a cheaper option.
