I think the mountain horse boots look great but don't have a pair. I bought a pair of long black Equitector riding boots which I used to keep for 'best' I now wear them all the time for riding, putting them on and taking them off before and after----no yard duties, and I love them. They keep my feet warm even on the coldest day.

I like the hi riders, strangely the first pair I had squeaked something awful and I could never stop the squeaking! The zip went on them so I got another pair and would you believe, they now squeak as well!!!! But I still like them as a boot, just don't walk far in them LOL

You are "destined" to be the owner of squeaky boots Gill! ROFL You'll never believe this Caroline, (well maybe you will) but I have a pair of Ariat waterproof short boots which I absolute LOVE, but guess what - they squeak too!! Maybe it's my feet I'll try Dubbin Richy, although I did try everything with my first pair and it didn't work . I can't quite figure out exactly what is squeaking!

LOL Gill, that means you can never sneak up on anyone on horseback because they can hear you coming!!! lol. As for the boots I am on my third pair and I LOVE THEM, never really ware anything else, you have to make sure you undo the zip all the way down before taking them off otherwise the zips will go.
