Lucy did skool today apparently! She had to take Mummy and I out all on her own without being led by Claire, though Claire came out to pick up the pieces and laugh alot which was rather rude! I had to be on best behaviour else Claire said she'd chop off my legs, that's not very friendly is it?? Mummy is (nearly) always on best behaviour so she didn't get threatened with anything! Not fair!!
Anyway I was good for AGES! Well at least until we rounded the first corner then I devised a cunning game:
(1) Sneak forwards and grab mummy's rein and off we headed to the ditch! Ha ha! That was thwarted on my third go by Lucy holding tight to the other one and thwacking me with the lead rein. Bums!
(2) Plan B! Sidle back behind Lucy's leg and bite it when she wasn't looking! Ha ha! Ouch!! I got a smack on the nose! Bums!
(3) Plan C! Inch forward and bite Mummy on the shoulder! Ha ha! Oh, if looks could kill! "Just wait til I get you home and tell Uncle Isaac what you've been doing! You'll be in trouble then, young man!" Sorry Mummy! Bums!
(4) Plan....... what comes after C Mummy?? "D" Plan D! Rest my chin on Lucy's knee and squish her leg! Ha ha! Foot in shoulder fend off! Bums!
Wot are we home already??! Leave Mummy at the gate (well she is tired as she had to carry Lucy and she's no lightweight!!) So we went off down the road for a few hundred yards and i did biting Lucy's hand! We did trotting, and walk and halt and everything! I did bucking, cantering and circles too!! Lucy and Mummy were unimpressed, but Claire laughed!
Then we got shut in the stable with some hay, and Celti-Cobweb and Uncle Isaac went to skool!
Claire was doing leading from Uncle Isaac but Celti-Cobweb didn't seem too impressed!
He's a bit too close and a bit too scary!
Scary, scary!
Still scary!
Oh! A HUGE white bin bag! That's more scary than Isaac, so i'll creep in for protection!
Look, look! A very interesting something over here!
We then went to look at a BT lorry swapping telegraph poles, with a kango road drill and a man up a ladder! They kindly switched everything off as we approached and were much amused when we asked then to start everything back up again as we were baby training!! As the compressor set off Celt ran a few steps and looked and Isaac and Claire were last seen heading for the park at a gallop!!! Celt was sufficiently unfazed to TAKE ME back to the lorry to sniff all the cones round it!! At last one sensible pony!! ;D We had a little walk past and then came back and it might have not been there! We then had a small moment with a huge van as Claire and I ended up on different sides of the road stupidly (my fault) but again she only wizzed round me once and stood and looked! Enough for one day at skool, we headed home.
Perhaps he's not sooo scary after all!
I was comparing the leg length on this one, I think she's going to be at least Isaac size!
Claire thinks I have a Friesian!!
Not a bad day at skool for all!
