Spent my birthday today going to a show (same one as Anna!! )
Got Sonny tacked up and then hopped on to warm up. My main 'plan' at the moment is to go in loads of classes so I get more relaxed about showing and less nervous! So we went in 'best combination' to start with, and Sonny was 3rd out of 5
Then went in Ridden M&M, got him to move on a bit more and he again went really nicely for me. There were 9 in this so was slightly chaotic on the go-round, I just tried to keep to the outside out of the way
Did my show and he was brilliant, he is much more forward going now which was the main problem we were having, really pleased with him! Anyway, was really, really pleased to be placed 4th out of the 9, I feel like we are slowly improving each time out so am really looking forward to getting him out and about this season

Sonny is looking fantastic - you look great together. Glad you enjoyed the day and I'm sure you're right and the more you do, the less stressed you will get about it all. Hope the 2 of you have lots of fun together this season!
