Nic and I set off on Friday afternoon down to Malvern for the NPS Spring Festival, jus taking Joanne with us for the final of the Young Rider competition Nicola qualified for last year.
Not a bad day all in all, Jo came 2nd in the Bob Templeton Open Ridden which is not bad for her first attempt. Then into the Junior Ridden Qualifier where she won her section and then took the overall Junior Ridden Championship.
She was 5th in the Young Rider Final, out of 29 entries.
We are both really pleased with Joanne.
We met a few friends there, hadnt even realised they were going and on the Friday evening had a lovely BBQ all together. That's what showing is all about, it was really good fun!
