Both look an absolute picture Heather, a real credit to you FWIW I'd stick with the white halters for the future, they look just right in them imo. Well done for getting there and succeeding in a nice day out!

Glad you had a good day. They're both in great condition and did really well for just their second show

Absolutely ignore the other competitor You've accomplished your goals and then some for these two. They're looking fab, and on top of that, they've done really really well with the whole experience. Just being trailered is a biggie, couple that with a mind blowing show, and I think they're both coping extremely well. Certainly all your hard work at home is paying off

A huge well done! Both ponies are loking in superb condition, a real credit to you and I agree with Anna about the white halters. You must be delighted it all went so well. Bet you collapsed in a heap at the end of the day though - must have been a very long and stressful day but what a relief knowing how well the ponies coped with it all. Well done!

Well done, they both look in great condition. Shows can be very 'fixed' imo.

Second the others, well done for taking them and showing them. Good education for Merlin and Tola and only praise for you all regardless of what any judge said. I only wish I had time to show even 1 of mine but I am stuck at home working 7 days a week, of every week of the year! Anyway. well done!

Congratulations - and ignore the judge and other competitor, your ponies look and behave brilliant (dreadful grammar).

they look super and the white halters are jsut right. One judges opinion on one day!
I can't get over how much like Storm Merlin looks. Storm is the gelding Nicola rode at the Spring Show for Ellen, she backed him last year.

It just goes to show, my Westwick William 3 year old gelding is barely 14hh and I suspect will only make the 14.1hh mark and he's out a strapping Hett mare BUT W.William is small himself so my gelding must take after his father! I wish he was bigger though as he's so sweet natured but too small for me.
edited to say this is Anna, forgot mum was logged in!
