this little chap! Born 5 to midnight Wednesday 15th July, bang on time, to Colliery Madam (Maddie) and Waterside Jack. He is a sturdy little chap, full of life and fun. We are very pleased with him. It is wonderful as Maddie had her foal 9 weeks early last year and we have been on tenterhooks for the last few months. He is safely here now and we are so chuffed with him. He has no name yet though, but if his current behaviour is to go by he may be choosing himself Rebel!

Huge congratulations Penny, you can obviously breathe a huge sigh of relief now. Lovely Colliery Madam and a lovely young man. Bet you have been going through a worrying time though!! Is that your last one for this year? We had 2 due but Delight lost hers, we believe around February time and she still has milk!!!!

sorry to hear of Delights foal Barbara. Maddie lost hers 9 weeks early last year which is why we have been quiet and hopeful this year. All is well now and we are all fgeeling much more confident about things just now. We had two due too, the other arrived 3 weeks early and died 16 hours later, so it hasnt been great for either of us this year again it seems.

With a mum called Madam something like Rebel seems apt- he does have a twinkle of mischeif around him! Lovely foal- congratulations!
