The important thing is that its comfortable and works for both pony and rider. It is so hard to come up with that combination!
Nice to see someone else doing the placing of the saddle forwards and the sliding it back, and being so good about getting that saddle pad up and off the spine for air flow. I confess, that's one of my grumble points ;D
