.last sunday woz the saddest day for us.we had a text message from the person who owns the place we rent saying woz we on way to the yard as alice could not get up.so we all jump in the car and drove to the yard like idoits.we gets to the yard there she woz in the corner in the mud on her side.we undo the gate drove down the yard jump out of the car grab the alters run up the concrete drive got over the fence put the alter on her then 4 of us tried to get her up but she would not get up.when and got a spade and drag some of the mud away to see if she get up.she must have been ther alnight.anyway we decided to to turn her sidewards she pulled me on me bum not once but three times.she woz so tired where she had struggle for so long she did not want to carry on.al four of us rolled her over to get her out of the mud on to abit of grass to get up onto her feet.we tried for two hours to grt her up no hope.we rung the vet to come out when the vet come she look at her and said that she woz in a bad way.i deciede to put to sleep.alice woz the first dales pony we had.in 1988 we went over to mr eastwood to see if he had pony loan for while so we can go out selling plants on the streets.we had her on loan for a year then we deciede to ask mr eastwood to sell her to us and he did.alice woz the most lovley pony we ever had she rides,drives,and goes inhand.this pony woz the first one that mr eastwood bred .her farther is hett shamrock and her mother is durham bell these two have died .alice you are one of the best you will always be in my heart you never be forgotten rip 1984-20009

I'm so sorry to hear about Alice, she was my Dan's full sister and I met her once at Lorraine's. I can imagine how you feel as Dan is also very special to me

thankyou for those who have post on here.grydales yes she is the sister to clint and she woz up lorraine for a while.lorraine is upset about this to.going to pick up alice ashes tomorrow from the crem
