im currently feeding all 3 of my horses linseed oil to keep thier coats shiny but a bottle isnt lasting very long. ive heard that veg oil from supermarkets work just as well. anybody know if this is true as its quite a considerable price difference?

Yup, we use Vegetable oil from the supermarket and all of ours look absolutly gleaming at the moment! Definatly recommend it!

I use supermarket beg or soya oil - v good for coats and also for energy without (too much...) fizz.

May look into it but friend of mine says it is not as good as linseed or soya.
