As everyone Probably Knows i am a Mountain Horse Fan  Anyway looking thru a couple of Summer Brochures, ie Ride Away Robinsons etc, The section on Mountain Horse or MH motif  Womans Gear not too Bad , but Guys stuff very little Choice and it looks Dare i say it Cheaper than they Normally Do ! , I notice there Prices have not Come down Much  Anyway just wanted to have a moan , as i mainly only Wear Mountain Horse Gear Quality was always Good ! mind you all other Brands had No choice for Men.................... what can i say very Disappointing  Richy  |

Now that is a shame, Richy, especially as you point out that you practically live in the Mountain Horse gear. It might not be amiss to whine to the company themselves? I've found in the past I've been so fed up with the quality of some high dollar clothes that I've shot off an email to the company. Oddly enough, each company did respond to my email, and shock of all shocks... one company actually made an attempt to improve their women's line after I sent off a scathing email regarding the womens clothing they had for offer. There is an enormous gaping hole for men's gear though. I've noticed it myself. I guess the companies assume there's only women out there who love their ponies and want to ride. Maybe you could start your own line?  |

Thanks Debbie , I think i just Might Take your Advice... E- mail on its way later will let you know how i get on As for my own Brand i like that idea too , need a catchy Name .................. T T for Tommy Tank Stallion Only for Men!! or Boy To Man or Stud Gear or how about Ride for Life (RFL) or i could use my Initials RPM Well its something to think about Regards Richy  |

Cool brand names!!! The hardest bit would be trying to chose only one.
You might actually run with this one Richy. There are guys out there who love ponies, who love to ride, and I know they're really being neglected by the clothing companies when it comes to equestrian gear. Odd considering how many guys compete at a top level.

Hi Gill i am looking for Things like Waistcoats Tops that when it is not Cold enough for Coat or Jacket but not Warm Enough Just to wear a Polo Top or T Shirt,also it would be nice if they did some Casual wear for when you are not Riding, I suppose i am wanting Gear for all Weathers Looking at MH Brochure Yesterday they do a great Hoodie Top in Blue ,Green And Light Grey it does not Say its Unisex and all the Models are Women,Not sure if the Shape is ok for Blokes. I am going to contact a manager at the UK head office see if i get a response from them, When i get a Bit between my teeth i will not let go! 2 Its the Principle of the thing lets face it None of Brands out there are Cheap!! Like i say the Odd Shirt or long Sleeve Top Sweat Top Hoodie etc would be Helpful, hope this answers your Question Gill Sorry to Bore you lol Richy x

Thanks Everyone who has Followed me on this Mission. Will look at Musto, Have to say i have looked before You are Right Gear not too Bad! I am thinking of just Mix and Matching with MH Gear and Possible Musto, mainly because Not Keen on the Other Brands For Me! I am a Fussy Guy , I know What i Like ! It is the Same with Lots of Things , i tend to Get a Brand i Like nothing to do with Fashion & i have never been one to Advertise Brand Names etc, but once i Get to like a Product Quality & Price I usually Stick with Them. I am a creature of Habit i Suppose. Thanks again for Your Ideas and Replies It means a lot. Richy |

Start a petition!! Really go for it and demand that these companies do more for men. I have a 17 year old nephewe and once he grew out of tops with iccle red tractors on them then '''zit-do-dah...nuffin unless he wants to look like his sister.
I reckon you could really do something here and that loads of chaps would back you... Go on take them on!!!!!
