we found our Lincoln Longwool tup dead in the field tonight. He is the father of our lambs and has always been with this flock of ewes. He was quite impressive, weighing over 20 stones but very gentle. He was really quite lovely.

he was six years old, gill. we have had a really bad time with the sheep unfortunately, hopefully better next time.
