New FIDS board

With my admin hat on, I've set up a new FIDS board at the top of this form and moved the stickied threads into it.

They were rather clogging the top of this board and as I appreciate that many members and browsers will want the information to be accessible this seemed to be the best way.

You're welcome, Penny - what about putting something on there about the FIDS fund? Would it be appropriate and a way of spreading the word a bit wider?
