History of the Dales Pony Talk/Lunch

Mrs Fitzgerald and Jo Ashby (President and secretary of the DPS respectively) have very kindly agreed to visit DPS Area 2 on

Saturday 18th June to give a talk on the History of the Dales Pony at 12pm prompt followed by Lunch at 1pm.

To be held at Todd Fall Farm, Redworth, DL2 2XG.
Please bring a plate of food (ie. crisps or sausage rolls etc) to pool for our annual buffet style lunch and there will be a chance to see this years foals and stallions out in the fields if wanted.

Everyone welcome, please let us know if you are hoping to come so we know for numbers.

I'd like to come please, Anna (tho I'm officially area 4!). It'd be me and my other half as we're going to see Kings of Leon on Friday night in Sunderland so will be on our way back down to Leeds. Will bring some veggie snack things for the buffet. Should be interesting, I enjoyed Mrs Fitzgeralds book, and can't wait to see some foals!

We aren't going to be able to make it this time. By the looks of it I am going to have an operation on my collarbone (it hasn't knit properly) and won't be able to drive. OH can't really drive all the way and all the way back.
