Hey all, I'm thinking of going to a few shows this year (nothing major just local to see how we go) and I have a quick but extremely random sounding question as I have my lip pierced do I have to take it out for classes? I know the answers probably yes but everyone has told me they didn't know but I'm imagining a face full of metal doesn't go well with judges and a lot of people hate piercings lol I have a clear retainer for it so it doesn't close could I put that in?? Thank you!

Yes you will have to remove it, most shows these days have a health and safety policy that all jewelrry must be removed which I guess includeds lip piercings. You can get thrown out of rings at affiliated levels for wearing ear-rings so best take it out.

Thank you, lol looks like I'm losing the metal work for the summer *facepalm* why didn't I think of the health and safety policies, I can always have it done again it's no biggie
