Anyone use these? What do you think of them? I was wondering if they are as good as the description states because I have two dodgy knees and obviously I am recovering from my broken ankle. www.thesaddleryshop.co.uk/P/Sprenger_Bow_Balance_Stirrups-(700).aspxPS, at that price I might have to see if I can get a bargain on Ebay, that's a months worth of food shopping for me!!

I use them and got my current pair on ebay at a reasonable price. I have arthritic ankles and find them just about the best stirrup iron for me and I've tried just about everything on the market - except those new wierd but expensive K'Val ones. The other irons I use which I find even kinder on my ankles are the big, wide, plastic endurance ones.

I had some but found my ankle wobbled too much and I did not feel comfy in them. They go on ebay all the time.

I've had a chronically sprained right ankle as a teen/young adult and Nancy with Knight let me borrow hers to try for a bit. I LOVED them!!!! I couldn't believe how much strain they took off my knees and ankles. That said, knee and ankle injuries are different for different people. What's comfy for one person can be awful for another. I'd say go for it, buy them secondhand and if they don't work for you, you can always recoup the price by reselling them on Ebay
