My guys are trashing their 600 denier weatherbeeta fullneck no-fill rugs this winter.
Can anyone recommend any 1200 denier fullneck no-fill or very lightweight rugs that might be a better replacement? Have had a quick look but couldn't find a no-fill 1200 by googling.
I've usually stuck with weatherbeeta or masta rugs as they've seemed a reasonable fit on all the Dales I've had.
Thank you!

Not much help ..plus all mine are all wrapped up snuggley in heavyweights + lol, but I've noticed recently the quality of the Weatherbeeta turnouts are really slipping. We had 3 Tri- Stars, all brand new and they barely lasted a year, they were no use at all. The last WB turnout we bought was a bog standard landa original and it lasted about a week before things started dropping off it. We have an enormous rug collection but I'm really impressed with the Amigos again. I bought my cob a fullneck heavyweight Amigo Mio not too long ago and I love it.

Try Gee-Tac (on-line), they do 1200 denier, not sure about no fill though. Robert Cobb runs it, he is very helpful. Very reasonable prices too Just looked, light to medium spring turnout 1200 denier 250 gram rug, £52.50 full neck. www.geetack.co.ukWe have had them in the past and they do last. We had 1 small tear in a rug belonging to a flighty trotter, Rob sent us a piece of material to patch it. Still using the rug today (that was 4 years ago) xxx

Thanks for these suggestions. I think I'm going to struggle to find a no-fill fullneck rug, so I may have to compromise and go for a detatchaneck instead. The geetac ones do look a good price.
In the meantime, I've ordered some stormsure glue to use to patch up some of the turnouts which aren't too severely shredded. No idea how effective it is, but maybe if I apply it to a small hole it'll help keep the rugs going a bit longer!
Thanks again.
