25th August 2013. A Fell and Dales day held at Pachesham Equestrian centre in Epsom, Surrey. A day for everyone with x-country, Show jumping, Dressage, games,WHP and a showing afternoon.
This will be a brilliant fun day out for everyone to have a go at as much or as little as you want. We want to get lots of ponies along and showcase the ponies in the south. It's also open to non-DPS and FPS members.

What a shame, it would be lovely to have something like this in the south, perhaps the organisers will try again next year, I'd definitely like to do something like this next year, at very novice level of course.

stupid new 'smilies'... this is the closest thing I can come to 'Tears' I am VERY unhappy that there were not enough people willing to give it a go. I can only hope that they see how horribly wrong they were. This WOULD have been so supportive for their training, and for getting both breeds into the limelight. I know the important thing is to always have fun with your pony no matter what, but seriously? I am in the US and if I'd had the chance, Blossom who's done next to nothing would have stood proudly in that field just for people to see a Dales pony AND for her to have had the show experience. Sorry to sound bitter, but I feel this was a big opportunity missed for everyone c'mon people! Give a better try next year! You don't know til you try YEA! ...editing to correct a typo, and to say I was well into my wone that night, but the sentiment remains
