PMs

I'm not always getting notifications when I have a PM, is there any way to make it pop up like on the old board, or will we just have to check our messages each time we log on

Yes, same here, Zelda. Sometimes there is a 1 next to the messages, but noticed a few times there isn't, and its only when I check that I find messages I have not read.

Thanks ever so much for posting that Zelda. I've just logged into my messages as nothing was showing and found that I have missed THREE, all of which are quite important, and I feel awful that the other party probably thinks I've been ignoring them

I have reported this to proboards- I didnt know it was happening so thankyou for bring it up. WHat it may be worth trying in the meanwhile is setting it so you get email notifications and see if that works? Click on profile, notfifications and tick the email box next to PMs. We're not the only board having this problem

Hi everyone,

Just coming over from the support forum to do some tests. I sent an email to the three accounts here that noted they were experiencing the problem. Can you let me know if you were able to receive the notification for that please?
