We had a really good few days at the GYS. We took the sheep in Monday morning and settled them into their pens. Two of them hadn't shown before but they took it well.We had six sheep there and we came away with 2x 3rd, 2x 2nd ,2x1st and 2x reserve champions. We had a wensleydale hogg in wool there who had so much attention I had to stand in the pen with her to stop everyone touching her fleece as she was getting fed up ,and we got interviewed on the tv about her.We got home about 6pm last night so my own bed was very welcome last night.

Sorry, but I touched that fleece too Julie and gave her a stroke on the nose You had a very handsome bunch of sheep there and I made a special effort to come and admire them

good to see you, don't mind the fleece being touched at all after the class it was just all the people grabbing it when Anna had it all ready for the class.

Well done with your sheep!! Not surprised your girl got fed up being stroked by the public. I suppose people are just curious, as a lot have not been up close to a sheep before!! But like you say, its not on when you have got them all nice for the ring.

Congratulations! I missed the local news so didn't see your interview. Pity, maybe they'll show it again.
