Think I need a drink and I don't drink lol. It's very simple in the hope that it survives being packed in a holdall and a trip on the train and tube - I'm not sure I'm up to making it more fancy lol, anyway here it is  |

Not sure if it's air bubble or a little bit of extra icing lol, we've got a box from Lakeland, I was going to put some tissue paper over the top and then bubble wrap round that inside the cake carrier then it's going into a holdall surrounded by clothes - if it gets dented it won't really matter as it is made with love and that is the main thing

Agree, if it was made with love that's more than anyone could ever wish for.
I hope it travels well after all of that work you have put in to it, a beautiful cake and I hope the day is as beautiful for everyone.
What with the horse shoe and the cake you have done them so very proud.

Beautiful cake Zelda! Well done. I know how much stress is involved in these things! By the way, if it's an air bubble you are talking about, I can't see it, then a fine sewing needle inserted into it then smoothing over with your finger and a bit of cornflour works.

Its lovely, very pretty and I'm sure it will taste amazing too, how right you are you can't get better than a cake made with love. Enjoy the day try not to get too stressed about transporting it, I'm sure it will survive just fine. |
