Contact us to arrange time if you are interested in coming along for friendly, informal one to one lessons to work with your pony, ridden or inhand. And, Sunday 1st December, another Training Day, as above, but this time we will combine it with the Annual Get Together. Lessons from 10am if you want them, and anyone coming for the chat and food may come at the same time, or can leave it until 12noon if they like. Although we have held this Get Together for a number of years, this year for the first time, we will make it a Jacob's Join, (if you could bring something to eat, would you please let us know what it will be as we don't want too many of the same thing Let us know as soon as you can if you will be coming to any of the above. Thank you Penny and Alison

Busy days ahead. We have booking for both Sundays. Going ahead this Sunday with some new ponies coming to see us which is exciting.
Let me know if you are visiting socially on the 1st December. We can still fit a lesson in if you are interested in that too.

Hi Penny,
I'm hoping to come and socialise - is it OK to bring my friend who's not DPS but does like Dales (I've converted her!). Will happily leave her behind if not. Quite hoping to watch a few lessons if people don't mind? (will understand if they do!)

I'm making a veggie soup so you will be ok. Someone is bringing some bread, I have offers of some sausage rolls and that's about it so far. Fancy bringing a small lump of cheese and a few crackers? I hate this, its much easier to do it myself

Many thanks to Penny, Michael and Nicola for hosting todays event.
Our 2 boys Joe and Duke travelled over well and both got some great tips and advice from Nicola. She worked both ponies and riders hard = think everyone will sleep tonight...

I'll echo the thanks, too.
Didn't see Duke's lesson as we left about then, but thought young Joe was a little star to take it all in his stride. And a lovely active stride he has too!

I think Nicola definitely will have slept well Alison Thank you to everyone for coming over. We had 23 people and 6 ponies, Nicola did work hard, and we all hope everyone took something away from the day. Thanks to everyone for food donations too, we had a marvellous spread. The ponies were Tarbarl Trevor, Wharmton Tilly Trotter, Hodgson Lane Whats Wanted II, Lowhouses Samantha, Caphouse Joe and Caphouse Duke. They were all wonderful and did really well for their riders, but the star of the day for me was Caphouse Joe. He is only recently broken, but he tried his little heart out...that's definitely a pony to keep your eye on in the future. A very successful day and a lovely crowd of people
